Christmas is such a wonderful time of year, one that previously would make me very anxious and un-easy due to the volumes and emphasis on food. But I’ve finally come to learn, understand and accept that it doesn’t have to be that way.
It’s about giving back, sharing and enjoying all the festivities. Enjoy and devour that mince pie with absolutely no regrets.
